This week, @MusiCares will hold Safe Harbor Rooms backstage during both the MusiCares Person of the Year and the 58th Annual #GRAMMY Awards. These rooms provide a quiet haven and support network for artists and crew members struggling with addiction issues and are just one of MusiCares' many programs available to music people in need. Safe Harbor Rooms:

Throughout the year, MusiCares staff hold a series of Safe Harbor Rooms at major music festivals and televised music shows all across the country. These rooms, which are staffed by qualified chemical dependency and intervention specialists, provide a quiet haven for artists and crew members struggling with addiction issues. This support network is available to those in recovery and those seeking help against the temptations that are often associated with such events.

MusiCares established its first Safe Harbor Room backstage at the 39th Annual GRAMMY Awards telecast and the program continues today as rehearsals begin on the 58th Annual show. A Safe Harbor Room will also be held during the MusiCares Person Of The Year event on Saturday, Feb.13.
