“hows it goin people? i dont really have any exciting updates but you can keep reading if you feel like it, or you can stop reading. i dont really care.
so in band weve been working on the beatles song. its a medley of i want to hold your hand, and i love her, and twist and shout. its a weird arrangement, especially for i want to hold your hand. it sounds too like flutey. normally thats not a bad thing but it sounds slow and boring. but whatever. im happy that we get to do it at all.
also in chorus we were learning about dorian scales; scales that start and end on re. instead of do. my teacher was trying to help us understand better and so she told us how cant buy me love is in dorian. a ton of students knew that song. it makes me happy when i people talk about the beatles in real life and i didnt even start the conversation.
the only depressing thing is that at the apple store at the mall they took down the cut outs of the beatles. i say they were cardboard but apparently apple is above cardboard cut outs. so any way. my friend is a total computer nerd and is always at the apple store. he said that he saw some people get to go in the display case and take a picture with the cut outs. he told me i should go and get a picture. when i did though the cut outs were gone!!! it was pretty depressing for like five seconds...
but guess what!!!!!!!!! its been about a whole entire flippin year since i became obsessed with the beatles!!! i cant believe it! time flies, eh? mwahahahahaha! this is the best news ive heard this month!
