“For lack of any definite answer (I often have trouble deciding a favourite... it's all so damn good), I'm going to pick the first Beatles song that really caught my... ear, would it be? I love the calmness and psychedelic imagery in the verses and then the catchy, almost rocky chorus. Another definite favourite of mine is Yellow Submarine... sentimental values there, it reminds me of one of the best friends I ever had. She was the one I first heard sing it. And if I were to tell you the rest it'd be like a novel consisting entirely of my opinions of Beatles songs.”

“Again, because I can't really choose, I'm going to say the album that gave me the biggest thrill listening to it first. I remember when it got to, 'I'm Only Sleeping' and I thought, "Oh yeah, I know how that feels,", then when it came to 'Got To Get You Into My Life' I thought, "Isn't that sweet," right through to 'Tomorrow Never Knows' which perplexed me so much that I couldn't really have an opinion on it.”
